Beschreibung
Die Cuvée Minuit bedeutet eine neue Etappe in unserem Bestreben, die Terroirs der Corbières zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Mit dem Anspruch, dem Rosé einen Adelsbrief zu verleihen, haben wir eine knackige und komplexe Cuvée aus den historischen Rebsorten des Languedoc (Grenache, Cinsault und Mourvèdre) kreiert. Wir wählen die kühlsten Böden unserer Weinberge und lesen die Trauben frühzeitig, um den natürlichen Säuregehalt und die aromatische Frische jeder Rebsorte zu erhalten. Als Gourmet-Rosé ist er ein idealer Begleiter auf einer schönen Tafel.
Rebsorten
Cinsault, Grenache noir, Grenache gris, Mourvèdre.
Boden
Ausrichtung nach Südwesten. Lehm- und kalkhaltiger Sand am Fuße der Hänge des Pech.
Verkostung
Zartrosafarbene Robe. Subtile Nase mit blumigen und fruchtigen Nuancen von Rhabarber und frischen roten Beeren. Am Gaumen ist er zart und frisch zugleich und entfaltet sich mit Eleganz und Zartheit. Abgang mit leicht jodhaltigen Anklängen.

A blend of 50% Mourvèdre and 25% each Cinsault and Grenache, the 2018 Corbieres Rose Minuit offers restrained fruit but is fresh and clean on the nose. Lime, underripe melon and the merest hints of berries appear on the palate of this light to medium-bodied charmer.

A blend fo 50% Mourvedre, 25% Grenache and 25% Cinsault. Hand-harvested. Each variety pressed separately and fermented in tank at 15C. Pale pink orange. Quite firm fresh fruit on the nose, and on the palate a nice salty tang. Fresh from fruit and nicely balanced with acidity.

Tasted blind. Certified organic. Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan. Very pale pink with a tinge of coral. Parma violets and some kind of dusty-pink kids’ sweeties. Strawberry bonbon, but just a little dilute on the palate. Well chilled, you’d be happy with this on a terrace bar. Acidity is good, balanced, zinging. Just not massively complex. (TC)
